Shih Ching Arsenal was threatened on night of 31st. ultimo
by some 100 robbers. Ch'en sent 1 ying of Lu Chun and robbers contented themselves with plundering shops in

The Po Ko Hui Chou Chih Chen is convinced that these bands
travel by water from place to place and has issued orders
to the Water Police to search all suspicious vessels.
